By using YŪGEN Golf you agree to these terms.
The service
YŪGEN Golf is a golf practice progression game. You add evidence of practice and the app turns it into XP, skills, achievements and rankings. Progression is a game layer and is not a professional coaching, medical, or performance-measurement service.
Your account & content
You are responsible for the content you submit and your display name. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, impersonate others, or use an offensive display name. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a licence to process and display it to operate the service (including AI processing as described in the Privacy Policy).
Fair use
Don't abuse the service, attempt to cheat progression or leaderboards, script automated access, or overload the AI features. We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove accounts that do.
Community
Leaderboards and the activity feed are shared spaces. You can report or block other users in the app. We may remove content or accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions
Where offered, YŪGEN Premium is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account; it renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Prices are shown in the app.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. AI interpretations may be inaccurate.
